Built at the turn of the century (circa 1895) as a single family residence, it was converted to a triplex rental apartment suite sometime during the 1980's. With two 2bd/1ba apartments, and one 1bd/1ba unit, the structure has one shared water meter and 3 separate independent electric meters.

The recent history of the property involved a purchase by fortunity from two community friends who relocated to CO in 2007.
